BACK AT SEA

We are indeed back at sea. Threw the lines off at 945 this morning. Down the Broadwater, the australian equivalent of the Intracoastal Waterway, and exited to seaward out thru the cut called the Gold Coast Seaway. Calmish conditions with a SW wind of between 10-15knots-gust what we like to shake the cobwebs out of our sealegs and mind. Am on 2nd reef in the main and full gib. All systems are functioning-radar, autopilot, windgenerators, chartplotter. Engines fine and rudders quiet. Shearwater is doing what she does so well....sailing once again.
Its good to be back!
