Time: 0247 - Nothing significant to report for the past 24 hours except that the wind had changed from the East 30 degrees to make our run to HI a little faster. Still not a straight shot though. Only got 64 miles closer to Honolulu in the past 24 hours. Not what we need. Squalls have been pretty consistent as well. Sometimes every hour or so. Winds have been very consistent in the low 20's. Seas are just a little rough with a little "bashing" into the swells. The autopilot does not like the sudden rudder jolts and sometimes makes a weird noise like it's skipping gears or something. Sometimes we are steering manually when it is really bad bashing. "Are we there yet?" 1305 miles to go!
