A Blue Cafe day

09 August 2009 | Gouvia anchorage, Gouvia, Corfu
Today was really hot and a great day to spend by the pool at the Blue Cafe. Zoe sent me a note to say she had our printer software disk still in her computer and so she jumped a couple of buses and came around to return it. We went back to Meander for lunch and then brought her into the marina to fill her up with water. After paying 8 euros for an endless supply of water, we'd headed back out to our favourite spot and settled in again for the night. We were heading in to take Milo for his evening walk and do some Internet and dropped by Just a Breeze with some beers...pretty soon we found out it was Ray's birthday so the four of us wandered off to a cafe in the village for one of our last traditional Greek meals. Very nice....but drank too much.

About:
We left Australia on April 29, 2007 to start our 'cruising the world' adventure with an attitude that life's too short and waiting until retirement might mean the adventure never happens. Sam turned 15 this year and we hope these travels will stay with him for life...in a good way. [...]
Extra:
Also travelling with us is our Shih Tsu Milo, a seasoned boat dog all the way from Australia and an avid fisherman. He's always the most enthusiastic when we land a fish or when the bait net is cast. Actually, he's even enthusiastic when we haven't caught anything. He adores dolphins and runs like [...]
