Five-minute fish!

As we pulled out of the asylum AKA Cabo San Lucas it was decided that the time had come to try our luck with our new lure. It is a cool little Cedar/lead gizmo with a big hook, the sea was very calm and we were motoring at 5kt. Literally five minutes after running out the line and securing the rod Marni noticed the reel spinning madly around! Mike sprang into action and after a valiant battle brought aboard our first fish of the trip. No idea what kind it was though an uneducated guess would be something tuna-ish, so until we procure a Mexican fish guide we will go with that. What is known however is that twenty minutes later it was turned into a most delicious lunch and a fish of this size is just right for two.
