We departed Dux just after noon to head down to Couran Cove Marina for a night. $60/night week days and you receive a $60 voucher to spend on food and drink.

The 14 metre berth fingers are a good 10 meters long as can be seen from the 15.5 meter long Songlines poking out in the picture.
Once we had booked in and I had broken my run of alcohol free days at the Marlin Bar, we went for a very short walk to the next bar.

The Islands' Chapel
Some of the over water accommodation.
One of them dere concrete ponds that the tourists seem to like with the pool bar and cafe behind.
So we stopped for a drink at the Pool bar.
We returned to the Marlin bar for dinner with Min-Min, Songlines, L'Attitudes and Moor R&R.
Had a very good night with Steak followed by Chocolate Mud Cake, washed down by a few bottles of Red.
Next morning, up for Breakfast at 0800, realizing that if I booked in for another night I would then get breakfast free with $30 left on the voucher to spend later in the day, so we are here for a second day while the others have departed. Off for a post breakfast walk (that's right, I did not type the four letter "W" word by mistake, this is the 3rd shot in that very rare series of "See Paul Walk").
The Board Walk through the Melaleuca and Palm forest.
Kathy on the Boardwalk.
The weather for Easter looks to be 28-29 degrees with wind under 10 knots for all four days. This will bring out the boats in their gazillions, so we have decided to head into Hope Island Marina to avoid the crowds for Easter and venture back out on the water on Monday when they all start to head back home and to work as it's also the last weekend of school holidays.
