Sailing Again

Brian

Friday October 19, 2012
The Meltemi was blowing again when we headed out and we could not hoist sail till we crossed the bay on our way to the Dorion headland on the other side with the Greek island of Kos in the middle. Eventually we raised sail and did enjoy a lovely trip across the Bay of Fortresses finally coming to Bozburun where we anchored bow and stern, using the newly installed stern reel web anchor line which Hugh & Penny brought with them from their boat, Mous’le. A lovely little cove with goats at all angles provided lots of entertainment. Rene and Penny swam and Penny snorkeled seeing more fish than expected. Another delicious dinner aboard and an early night.
