Yesterday afternoon and overnight the we had a very welcome visit from some sailing buddies of ours, Alan and Heather from Moonlight Maid. They are up from leaving their boat in Indiantown for a flying trip north to visit friends and family and scope the area. Their plan is to head back in June to bring the Maid north for the summer to live aboard and cruise NS and area before bringing her out for the winter here in Canada. I put the bug in their ear about the possibility of heading south instead with us this fall to buddy boat but we will see what that brings. If not we may be able to at least cross wakes with them during the summer.
