Staniel Cay and Area

27 March 2010
We met up with Glory Days in Black Point and have enjoyed many fun days with them. They are a couple on a beautiful 49' catamaran that Laurie and Frances made themselves. It is absolutely beautiful. They moved from Ottawa to the LaHave River, Nova Scotia so we have lots in common to talk about. We spent some time in Big Majors Spot next to Staniel Cay with them. Big Majors Spot is where "Pig Beach" is. It is really funny when you dinghy up to the beach, pigs come running out to be fed. They will swim out to the dinghy and actually try to climb into the boat. I have some pictures (but not with me on shore) that I will post later.
We have now met up with Blue Bay again. We are so glad to see them again. We plan to travel back to the US with them. Tonight we are getting together to have dinner, I am making lobster Aux Grautin (with their lobster) and rice, Three bean salad (Blue Bay) and cabbage salad and another boater, Don Wilson on Next Exit (catamaran) and he is bringing desert and wine. Can't wait for tonight.
Sapphire and Fine Lion are just around the corner and should be here tomorrow.
We are at Lorraine's Cafe doing internet (her picture is attached)
We will start soon to make our way further north.
