A bump in the night

Terry/ Drizzly and Dark
I felt the boat moving and knew what had happened even though the dockmaster said it never would. The tide came in and Paradox floated free allowing the aft portion of her to move perilously close Big C on our starboard.

I got up and summoned my Dad. I put our extra anchor in the Dinghy and took it out a bit. Then we kedged the aft section of the boat away from our neighbor. A new thunderstorm started right after I was finished. I hope it holds.

Cruising is a lifestyle not a vacation.

Peace, love and kedging.
