I'm new to sailing so my first question would be why would anyone place their boat on the hard over the winter?, This weekend is suppose to be 68 with 10 mph winds, last weekend was 50 with 7 mph winds and a great day on the water, especially since there was no traffic all the way to the inner harbor.
