The End of the Third Year

Summer
Just prior to Christmas we put our Chico 30 "Yasawa" on the market. We have a signed Sale Agreement and awaiting settlement. We are planning on spending the time not sailing, working on our project.
Morris estimates another 12 - 18 months and we should be on the water. Perhaps not totally finished, but close.
Holes in the hull repaired:The previous owner had cut holes in the hull (4 under the engine) and then filled them with Microballoons. Morris has ground them out and repaired with many many layers of glass cloth and resin. There was also a penetration in the transom (perhaps was for the exhaust) now also repaired.
Head:
The head walls, floor and ceiling have now been fibreglassed and the head is now almost complete.
Aft Cabin:
Almost all complete with all it's services under the bunk.
