We headed out very early this morning around 5am. Had a very rough, nine hour sail over to the Tobago Cays. Feels so good to be back in the "gin" clear water again, can't wait to go snorkeling again. A turtle just popped his head up to say hello...

So proud! Alfy has started to really float by himself with his waterwings! We are in so much trouble in the future, he absolutely has no fear of the water.

Well we have stuck around Grenada a bit longer than anticipated due to our new sails not being done properly (totally the wrong color) by a company called Turbulance! So we have pulled in to Port Louis Marina to finally get the new, finished sails!! Alf has been working like a dog again today. Turbulance has decided to add on all sorts of extra charges to their original quote, don't deal with this company-very unreliable and unprofessional. Been doing battle with them all day, they have already delayed us a week and a half....

Went on my first wreck dive today!!! Had a really great time! Saw some huge lobsters, too bad Alf wasn't with me or we would be having a great dinner tonight!!

Woke up this morning, around 4am, to someone yelling in the radio. They were warning all ships that a ship was dragging anchor in the harbor. It was rainy and dark so very hard to see, but once we caught a glimpse of the vessel, it was on a path heading directly towards us. The ship that was loose (s/v Apollo) was slowly but surely drifting along. The ship directly in front of us (s/v Olive) were trying desperately to get their anchor up and get out of the way. Before Olive could move the Apollo had beared down on her and all their lines got tangled up. We pulled up anchor ourselves and tried to lend a hand to Apollo and Olive. What a way to wake up in the morning! Alfy slept through the whole thing....go figure!

It's my BDAY today!!! Went on a great tour of Westerhall Rum factory-nothing like a rum tasting at 11am! Afterwards we went on a great hike to Mt. Carmel Waterfall. Alf and I took turns walking out under the falls-it was a perfect temperture! Had a wonderful dinner at Sagrasse resort. My kind of birthday!!!:)
