well it is time!

tomorrow is departure day and will prove to be a busy one. we have to refuel in the morning, return the rental car, stowe the dingie on deck and hopefully have time to put the delivery mainsail on before the 1130 bridge to get out of the lagoon. if all goes smoothly we should be underway by noon!

so here is the contact information for those of you that might like to keep in touch!

while we are in port - please use your normal contact methods to get in touch with crew, including their personal email, text or whatever you have worked out with them.

underway - if you would like to contact a crew member please do so via text to the satellite phone. this can be done by visiting: http://iridium.com/sendmsg/sendmsg.html and will be exactly as if you are sending a text message to a cell phone. you will be restricted to 160 character maximum similar to a cell phone text. oh yes and you will need to enter the sat phone number which is: 8816 3164 9761.

emergency - in case of emergency you can reach us at onetwomany@ocens.net. this email address is for EMERGENCY ONLY.

while we are underway i will attempt to post everyday including a position report. we of course are at the mercy of satellite phone service - so please do not panic if we miss a day!
