We are in beautiful Avalon, Catalina Island. This place is so nice and full of history from the 1920's and on. We have seen the Casino/theatre/Museum, the Chimes Tower (which rings every 15 minutes and annoys Neil but I think its great!), the Zane Grey home, lovers lane, and Wrigley Memorial. Everything is spectacular. The thing is loved most tho is the Wrigley Memorial. What a beautiful memorial. I will try and post some pictures. I am still having some problems with downloading the photos so be patient with me. A lot of hussel and bussel here but it is well worth the stop. Its Thursday nite and boy are the boats coming in. They can sure get a lot of them packed in here. We are leaving Friday to go to Oceanside and then on closer to San Diego. Wow we are almost there!
