Savu Savu Geo Cache

14 June 2015 | Savu Savu
Lisa / still windy and wet
The rain held off long enough for us to go for a long walk yesterday and go in search of one of two geo caches in Savu Savu. This one took us up the hill and all the way on the other side beyond the airport. But we were successful and found the cache!

Checking out the treasures inside. Exchanged a scout badge for some ear plugs.

Malo and Moses's first geo cache!

Then we took a taxi back to Copra Shed for a well earned cold beer and listened to some music. Then had a jam session aboard Orcinius (working on Tiny Bubbles for our Hawaii arrival), followed by a delicious dinner - Prawns with feta, garlic and lemon! Thank you Jeanette - we love that recipe!

After dinner John retired to the master cabin and I got the guys started on the "Band Of Brothers" series. Looks like we will be here in Savu Savu for at least another 5 days awaiting weather.

All for now!
