No, I'm not talking about leaving for Alaska. I'm talking about going for a ride in a Marshal Islands sailing canoe. We are scheduled to sail across the lagoon on Monday afternoon. We will have sailing crew for this trip. These canoes are different than Panta Rhei.

Karen is fully recovered. So it is time to actually resume our "life plan". Drat. I was enjoying the detour. Say it isn't so!
On the island of Oahu, the second most popular tourist attraction (after Pearl Harbor) is the hike up Diamond Head. It has been our goal to hike this with Karen's repaired leg (as a proof test). Truth be known, the test was Larry's, thus the picture!
Hurricane Pali petered out, Karen had a good checkup, we are busy every day enjoying friends of friends, and on top of all this fresh corn has come in season! That's right.
