Today we placed a order for 48 apples (red and green), 36 tomatoes (green to red/green), and 36 mandarins from Guayaquil through Iris and her Acqui Si restaurant. In the meantime we picked up a bunch of green small bananas (the ones you pay a fortune in Toronto and Paris), a container to make pickled eggs, 2 bottles of rum, half dozen paper towels, and snack foods. The main provisioning on mainland Ecuador and Panama where we purchase most of the canned goods and dry goods. The supply shipped arrived at San Cristobal today and we hope to buy carrots and few other vegetables tomorrow. Also picking up one of our propane canisters which should be filled by then.
