Sunday 22nd June
Took the kittens in the tender to the beach for a play. They loved it. Beautiful duney beach.
Then pootled around the next headland (five miles) to El Barquero. (They still remember you here Mr & Mrs Purdy!!!) Anchored close to the harbour wall but didn't have a very peaceful night what with an onshore Concert going plus a fair chop.... lost three wine glasses (boo)
Monday 21st June
Left Anchorage 10 ish and after half an hour turned back cos the engine alarm was beeping. Went back anchored, topped up the cooling water and set off again. Hard work for the first hour blowing 6 to 7 then lovely surfy beam reach sail to Cedeira. Rounded the most northerly part of Spain and now heading South properly.
Cedeira - Nice calm anchorage Hurrah! And very scenic. Almost Scandinavian.
