Sunday 27th June
Blowy night (more scatterlogical humour sorry!) dragged the anchor. Didn't sleep great.
Decided on a lay day. Woke up to porpoises in the harbour (another holy moment)
Motored a short distance to Ensenada de Enteiro to a lovely little beach and riverlet. Went for a short walk ashore to a bar to watch the football. England v Germany... Oh dear!
Monday 28th June
Flat calm day. More porpoises on the way out of Ria de Muros. Motor sailed all the way to Ria De Pontevedra. Much more touristy and built up in this ria. Still very pretty. Plopped ourselves is a chic little marina in Combarro. 920 miles in the boat so far.
Friday and Wilson instantly antagonised the local wagtail population.
Combarro is a surprise gem of a place, little old fishing village with horreos (grain stores on legs) all along the foreshore and people pushing wheelbarrows up winding narrow streets. Apparently you could tell the status of a family as to what type of balcony they have. Whether they could afford granite or not. Lovely place full of tapas bars and bodegas overlooking the water.
