Spent a week in Kos Harbour including say No to Mussolini day.
Quick sail over to Bodrum via flying fish and a deserted anchorage around Karada Island. So black at night. Amazing.
Couldnt get into Bodrum Harbour or the Marina so anchored in the bay overlooking St Peters Castle. Harbour was rammed with beautiful varnished gulets. Hundreds of them. Spent a lovely few days with Liz and Nic, sailing, eating fab Kalamari and visiting one of the seven wonders of the ancient world (where the word Mausoleum comes from) but nothing there really now. Plus the Medieval castle and its archaelogical underwater museum which was worth a good half a day. Even managed a bit of a sail around the island.
