Provisioning Continues

Aloha All,
We just made another grocery store run this evening before dinner. You know what the say..."Never go grocery shopping when you're hungry!" I wouldn't say we got carried away but it was a struggle to carry everything back to the boat.
Zane put in a full day of cooking, starting early this a.m. This has allowed us to vacuum seal meals and freeze them for easy reheating during our voyage. Makes life easier, especially when the wind and waves are a little, let's say, "boisterous" and nobody feels like a lengthy meal preparation session down below.
Got a few more spare parts and tools that we could need when we get underway. Don't buy Yanmar parts in French Polynesia. It cost many times more for the same part in Honolulu and Honolulu prices are already outrageous. Oh well. Live and learn. Next time, I'll know.
We are leaning toward a Saturday departure, Wx and preparations depending. Looking for the optimum window to get started, without stress the vessel and crew right up front. We'll see.
In the meantime we will force ourselves to suffer through these amazing sunsets here at the marina. Again!
Everyone take care and stay well. All our love.
