Queenie with a cap
It felt very good to be back on Queens's Ransom. I had a very efficient day. The marine electrician was already waiting at the dock when I arrived by foot from the airport bus. I collected the now slightly shortened spinnaker boom, the genoa and asymmetric at the sailmakers. The wind just dropped enough for me to get the genoa back on its furler.
I walked to pay various bills and did the first food shop. When everything (almost) was done. I went to the Sailors' Bar for a spaghetti carbonara and a beer. No sleeping problems, just joyfully exhausted!
