Radiance heading towards New Zealand. Day-6 and 7
13 November 2007 | 26 15S, 175 36E, Tacking to get South. Speed 3.0knt

Well so much for small swell. We have 10knt of wind from S and a large swell from the south as well. That makes for very slow progress towards New Zealand. In the last 2 days we have made it 90nm closer to NZ by tacking twice a day. 30 miles on the day-tack and 30 miles on the night-tack. We should see some east wind soon and then make good progress.
At least it is not raining. As a matter in fact, it is very nice sailing weather. If we were just going from NZ to Fiji.
All is well. Except we forgot to buy toilet paper. 3 rolls left and 540 miles to go.
That is all for today
