It has been a while since my last sail. I have been getting the itch again as of recent and getting motivated to get back to the Sailing Center. I would like to go with a friend that has some experience as well for the first run or two out, as a refresher. It is not the same to go out with someone who may even be at my level then going out with someone who doesn't know anything and showing them the ropes.

I checked out the the Davis Island Club's website and saw that the Thursday Night Races start next week. I'm looking forward to that again. My first season, in 2008, seemed a little long by the end of the races so Lets see how much I love the races when I'm in the season.
