As the weather improved so did the number of visitors to Whitehaven. High speed people movers race in each day from Hamilton Island and drop their cargo (complete with pop up sun shades and volley ball nets) on the beach for a few hours. At dusk, they disappear and we have it all to ourselves because the charter boats still haven’t started coming.
