We left the bat cave mooring and moved around the corner to take another one between the Pitons for Sunday night. Again, the Boat boys came to offer assistance, and I was never so grateful as the winds here funnel straight down the face of the Pitons and out across the bay. As we pulled up the mooring the winds gusted to 29knts, and while I secured the port line, of the young enterpreneurs hopped aboard to secure the starboard line….whew – glad they were around. So here we are mooring between these magnificent whole volcanos, in a place where perhaps a dozen boats will spend the night – magnificent.
