Getting things done

Friday, February 21, 2014 Getting things done

Ok – I’ll admit it…I was bushed after the Neighbor’s left, and slept like the dead for 11 hours Wednesday night…then it is chores and chores,
Laundry – check…shopping to replenish the pantry, email updating, and blogging, of course, fuel fill, water fill, the mechanic replacing the port engine glow plugs – which the neighbors carted down for us, Thank you very much. And repairing the little tear on the Jib, which I mistakenly thought I could do by hand…so, early on Friday we pulled the Jib out and down, then after realizing I could not hand sew it, hauled out the sewing machine and after breaking three needles, finally getting the job done, secured, and then hauling the jib back up and securing it…right before the rain started! Geesh! Then some more putting stuff away and well, a good deal of relaxing... but it looks like we are ready to head out tomorrow…we might go all the way to Christmas Cove…and just chill for a week…who knows!
