We moved from here to Dent Haven and then Palau Gaya (there's more than one) and finally some decent snorkeling. It was great to be able to swim in the sea again. We enjoyed a couple of days anchored there with Cuzco whom we had met in Sandakan. We had visits from the locals asking for food & medicine. We had come to expect this having first been approached when Tracy& Dean were aboard. Not sure why this is; even in the poorest fishing villages in Indonesia the people would always try and trade at least a coconut rather than beg for food. Maybe they have absolutely nothing I'm not really sure.
