We weren't going to go to Toli Toli but Rosalind & Gote off Veedon Fleece reported that they were having such a good time we decided we would go there for 1 or maybe 2 nights at the most.
Well, plans change when you're cruising and when you arrive somewhere like Toli Toli where the people you meet are so welcoming and hospitable why would you leave?
We arrived in early in the morning after an overnighter and almost immediately Hendra, from the Tourism office & Aris the Port Captain arrived to welcome us to Toli Toli. Both friendly and polite & spoke perfect English. We rested until the afternoon, and then Hendra returned with" friends with scooters" to take us to the laundry and mobile phone office. Ash & Cameron were sought after for photos taken with all the staff whilst we sorted out our communications. Everything achieved with plenty of smiles and laughter - nothing was too much for these guys.
