Mom tells me that a lot of people wanted the recipe for the Grasshopper Pie. So here it is!
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Lime Flavor
1/4 cup cold water
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 OREO Pie Crust
Some Mini Chocolate Chips (ok, ok LOTS!!)
STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until slightly thickened. Gently stir in whipped topping and Chocolate Chips. Spoon into pie crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Store leftove pie in refrigerator.
And of course you have to top it with MORE Whipped Cream!!!!!! I hope you all like it!
