We arrived in Martinique after a quick day stop in Dominica. We'll return to Our favorite island for the Yachtie Appreciation Week (YAW) in mid February.....stopped for a quick chat with Martin on Providence and Jeff on Seabird. They are helping Rick and Brenda on Amara set up the Salty Dawg Rendezvous to be held when we all converge on Dominica for the YAW. Sounds like the dozen or so SD boats will be part of a 100+ boat fleet in Portsmouth for the festivities.

It was a long day (about 10.5 hours....from Dominica to St. Anne's....a lot of motoring in the lee of the islands but great sailing between them. St. Anne's is as far south as we will get this season....a favorite stop for us. We are catching up with cruising friends who leave their boats in St. Lucia over the summer. Looks like their will be an OCC gathering here on Sunday.

We expect to stay here a week or so before moving North again.
