Breezes and Croissants in The Saints

The Saints are a small island group south of Guadeloupe's main island. We stopped here on the way South and are happy to return...this time picking up a mooring off Ile Cabrits....one of the smaller islands in the group. It's a longer dinghy ride to town, but a very pretty...and protected.... spot without the wake from the frequent ferries. Finding a mooring in this area is tough and the depth quickly gets too much for anchoring, so we are happy to be tucked into our secure little spot.
The wind has been quite gusty and blowing in the 20-25 knot range; the temps are pleasantly cool ashore. Each morning, we make a pilgrimage ashore to find the best croissants on the island. Perhaps before we leave on Friday, we will have completed our "study."
