Errands and Projects in Antigua

Laundry, food shopping, haircuts in Jolly Harbor yesterday. Happy Hour with Jim and Pat Ripple on Capers last evening. A rainy morning with a ton of projects on the agenda for today.
The Caribbean 600 is in progress, so we have been watching Phfedo (Lloyd Thornberg who we know from his days sailing a Gunboat in the Caribbean 1500) and Maserati (a full-out racing tri we saw in Le Marin) leading the pack neck-in-neck. Not as much wind right now as I am sure they would want, but it doesn't take much to keep them moving spiritedly.
But, we'll be content to beam reach along at 10-12 knots between here and St Martin, probably on Thursday. Our sailing north this year has been fantastic....10-15 knots of true wind, close reaching at 60 degrees, relatively flat seas....hope it continues!
