Somebody Forgot to Take His Meds

Foggy, crummy
One of the many colorful denizens of City Island, made famous by the very good 2009 movie of the same name. I recommend it. It's an extremely funky place sitting on the Long Island Sound side of the Throg's Neck Bridge.
This guy roped Bruce into a conversation from which I quickly and skillfully extracted myself. A little bit of stream of consciousness, a dash of acid flashback, a splash of pressured speech, and you have a big "No Thank You" from me. Bruce, however, endured, and I'm sure learned many useful things.
I did ask him where I could get one of those NOBAMA pins, though.
