The nurse told is that there were no flights avail. for Tuesday, but if we came up to the office when they opened and told them of the problem we were having, they may be able to find space for her on a flight. She said a number of times, because I asked her that the office would open at 7am. So we got up a 6am and I was rushing Rose to get ready and we finally left the boat at 6:45.We ran the two miles in the dinghy wide open and we were there at 6:55.Guess what? They dont open until 8am! So we waited another hour for them to open the office and were told that there was nothing avail. on the morning, but there was one on the afternoon flight at 3:30pm. So we booked that at $350.00 one way to Ft. Lauderdale. She has a friend there that will look after her while she is there. So around 9:30 we got back to the boat and just elaxed for a few hours until 2pm,when she had to be back at the office to catch a ferry boat to Black Point, where the plane was to leave from. When I got back to the boat,we were all ready to pull anchor and head out for Little Farmers Cay. It was about a 21 mile run. We got here at 5:30 pm. Phil and Maggie invited me over for pork chops for dinner. After we ate,we took his dinghy for a ride around the area. So now,Salty and I are on the boat by ourselves!! I dont know for how long, but we are hoping maybe a week and no longer than two. Still no internet,so I am writing on a "notepad" program on the computer. I will send them all when we get to Georgetown around noon tomorrow(Wednesday). I am hoping that since Georgetown is a popluar cruising area, that the internet will be avail. and wont cost too much. Its a 40 mile run from here to Georgetown,so we plan on leaving at daylight in order not to get there too late. Thats about it for now.----
