Aloha, We found the one store in the Marovo Lagoon that sells beer. Thank u Jesus! We had to take the dinghy 3 miles to the little island of Warrita where there is a little store that sells beer. No wine, no rum, just local made vodka and Beer which is 30% MORE expensive than ANYWHERE else. We got back to Telina where we were met by @ 25 kayaks with 40 or so kids trying to sell or trade us for different stuff. We didn't need to leave the boat to provision. They brought coconuts, popo's, oranges, lemons egg plant, bananas, pampelmouse, beans ,avacodo, and capsicums. For this , I traded Lulu's conditioner, soap, hooks and line, pens and balloons and lollis, and a little money. We caught another Kingfish on the way here, and John fixed us an awesome dinner. Tomorrow we head out the pass to see if we can catch some more fish, since u can't buy chicken, or steak or even butter since no one has refrigeration.
