Laren

24 July 2014 | Laren Netherlands

A while ago, we moved from the house in Obernai to a quaint town in Holland. We all love the house and town. It is really beautiful! (Plus Will gets us to play soccer every night; so he loves it!)
Yesterday, we went to see windmills where families actually lived. One pregnant mother who had thirteen children rushed out to save her child from the blades of the mill that nearly touch the ground. Yet she was hit instead and died, leaving all of the kids to the care of the father.
Despite the horrible story though, the scenery was quite impressive. Pretty much exactly what one envisions when they think of Holland.
