Shower anyone?

Crew
The winds have picked-up smartly again. It is now maintaining 15-20 knots from the ESE - too strong to fly the spinnaker now. It was also good sailing for the whole night as well. As a result we logged 153 miles on our tenth day - the highest so far!
We each managed to get drenched at least once in localized heavy rain showers overnight. The ride inside the cabin is also getting noticeably rougher with the winds on the quarter. We canceled the plan to do some cooking for lunch, however Rudy did bake some brownies this afternoon.
We are maintaining 020 deg True in an attempt to stay ahead of the low pressure system moving in from the west. That is what is giving us these good winds - which could conceivably carry us right to the Straights entrance.
We covered 1365 NM in the first ten days, and we have about 1200 NM left to go. As the sun sets we have a flock of small birds around the boat. I guess they must live their life at sea.
As ever,
Rudy, Dave, Terry and Rob
