Thanks to our friends Kerry and Dianne on Nemo we are now gaining confidence on using our spinnaker. After having our first lesson we used the sail 3 days in a row and have been very happy with its sailing performance.

Its a beautiful looking sail and has proven to be very useful to us in light breezes. We were sooo happy with ourselves for another great achievement in our sailing reportoire.

Well it hadn't been for sailing i would never have visited or really even known about the beautiful islands that exist off the Queensland coast and there is no shortage of them.

Sailing really is a whole new way of travelling that enables you to access remote destinations. There are plenty of beautiful mountain ranges that have great anchorages for yachties to stay. Surrounded by natural beauty i couldn't think of a better way to live.

Not to mention the sunsets each evening and the stars at night life is simple, the simple things are really full of life.
