Decided to take the boat to the Marina in downtown Kingston for the chilly fest. Don't know about the hot chilly, but the temperature was sure chilly that day. we were joined by Cathy & Chris.

We took Kiley (Jen eldest daughter) out for a sail, wouldn't you know it, during all the great weather we were having, this turned out to be a cold & windy day. After a little coaxing, she took over the tiller, not bad for someone who didn't know how to sail, must be something in the air she breathes in Halifax where she lives! (See Kiley sailing photos)

After raising the anchor by hand, Jennifer said she did not want me keeling over with a heart attack, so a powered windlass is on the shopping list!! We had a beautiful sail back to Collins Bay, & discovered what a joy she is to sail & how fast she is.(See Our first cruise photos)
