We arrived in the Exumas and chose to anchor and volunteer at the Exuma Land and Sea Park where we were assigned multiple tasks. In addition to cleaning BooBoo Beach we also put the bones of a Sperm Whale together! Before and after photos will appear in succession. ( no way arpund it) For 8 days we enjoyed this paradise and made lots of new friends. We snorkeled, swam and shared a few sunsets on the beach.
We also had an issue with our batteries, so we ordered new ones that we had to order from the States. John installed them and we are on top of it now. Our solar panels help and so does running the generator almost every night. We also have a watermaker so we can take showers when we wish.
After Staniel Cay, we arrived at Black Point Settlement where there is a "Happier Hour" every afternoon. My drink consisted of 50% Mount Gay Rum and the rest orange juice! We are going to the Scorpios Super Bowl Party on Sunday as they have 2 TVs and a generous bartender...
