Sunny sail day

We had a good breakfast, finished cleaning the boat and took off from Knightstown at ten in the morning. It was a sunny, warm day with just the right amount of wind for a good sail. No more overnighters, or fighting storms for us. Several hours later we made our 25 nautical miles and reached Derrynane Harbor. Had a scare coming in - which side of that rock do we go on? We backed out, looked at charts again and went to the left side, which was the correct side. Quiet little anchorage, tied up to a mooring ball. Paul likes that, doesn't have all the work and hassle of setting and bringing up the anchor. Spent a peaceful night, didn't even go ashore, and then off the next morning for Bantry Bay.
