Stromness is the second largest town in the Orkney Islands. Today we spent time exploring the town, seeing the art gallery and the town museum. Did you know there are sea-weed eating sheep? I am going to buy some of their yarn. To celebrate being in Scotland, I used a splash of scotch in the chicken and potatoes that I roasted, a different flavoring. Plus, we watched MacBeth, to sleep, perchance to dream. To top off the evening, I made a chocolate sauce using Mayan chocolate, which includes ginger, chili peppers and orange. I dipped Scottish strawberries into the sauce and the combination of sweetness and spicy zing was heavenly.
