In the states, when someone is unemployed we say they were laid-off, in Britain they say they were made redundant. Well, they have redundant churches. The picture is of a redundant medieval church that has been developed as a tea house. I was walking by and heard singing of a local choral group. Went in for hot chocolate and listened to the singing. I am not sure what 'Moon River' has to do with Christmas, but it brought me memories of my mother singing and playing the piano. That is the best Christmas present ever.
