Still hangin' in paradise

That is me on the stand-up paddle board. I finally had a good opportunity to try it out. Sunny day, no wind and plenty of time to fool around. We are anchored amongst some reefs so at low tide, during the slack current, I took off and explored. It is a great way to see down into the water.
We also explored the Tresco Abby Gardens. They were started in the early 1800's and contain plants from Chile, South Africa, California, all around the Mediterranean and Australia/New Zealand. The temperatures are warm here, even though it is further north than Minneapolis, because of the Gulf Stream. They might get a smattering of snow in the winter, but it usually melts the next day. Which means they can grow all kinds of exotic plants.
