WORK AND WRAPPING THINGS UP

Bill's last day at work was last Thursday. I have a last doctors appointment Monday, assuming I get a clean bill of health I will give my official notice the following day. So, hopefully my last day will be June 8th.
Bill and I went through our list of all that we need to get done in the next 60 days and all of a sudden it doesn't seem long enough! I am flying out to California on June 25th to visit with my Mom then fly back here to Minnesota on June 29th along with my sister, Sharron, who will be visiting from Australia. Sharron will spend 3 weeks with us before flying back. We hope to spend the week of July 4th in the Apostle islands.
My task prior to flying out to California is to go through all my clothes and take 98% to Goodwill. Boy, will it be nice to get rid of all my business suits, high heels, etc. I'm still trying to figure out how to go from a big 6 drawer dresser and a double closet down to 2 very small shelves and ½ a hanging locker for all my clothes!!! This might be the most difficult part of living aboard of anything else I can think of.
Next step will be to try and sell a few pieces of the remaining furniture we have left and the minivan. We already greatly downsized our personal belongings and furniture about 2 1/2 half ago when we sold the townhouse. We will be getting a very small storage unit for a few of the things we just can't let go of.
Our last day at the apartment will be July 31st when we will move aboard Walk A-Bout.
