			<description>Hello, all.  I thank you for all your support and prayers these past 2 weeks.  I am out of the hospital now, Alice and I are staying with Bill's sister.  I feel fine, mostly just fatigued.  The thing about kidney failure:  it really doesn't hurt.  Like when you're a kid, and home sick from school, you want to be too sick for school but not too sick to watch TV.  So:  What happened to me?</description>

			<title><![CDATA[Up The River]]></title>

			<description>We are in an amazing place this Macareo River.  It is an offshoot of the Orinoco River in its delta in Venezuela.   There is a low-lying area  about the size of Europe that really has no land, only swam.  Here are jungle and forests that are as wild as anything on earth.</description>
