Conch, Anyone?

We've been exploring Nassau with our friends Walt and Pat from S/V Centime. The other day we took a local bus to Potter's Cay and wandered through the fresh produce stands and near the seafood fishing vessels. We watched this guy remove and cut up live Conch like an artist, then settled on one of the little stands to sample freshly made Conch Salad. We tried it with a little hot pepper and then asked for some more. It was wonderful!! Later we wandered around the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island and the incredible aquarium.
