Cinco De Mayo

Getting the boat ready to start our trek South, a neighbor stopped by to say hello and ask us if we were going to the Dog races. Dog Races in St. Thomas?
Turns out its Cinco De Mayo and what better way to celebrate than to have a Chihuahua race. OK, there was also Carona and tequilla involved.
We stopped by our friends boat, Dave on Bel Ami, to see if he would like to join us and off we went. There were all kinds of dogs there as it was sponsored by the humane society. Lots of people, a band and of course mexican food.
We watched a couple of races, mixed with the crowd and had a great time. All this and Carnival too!
