We're back in beautiful Annapolis MD at anchor in Weems creek, one of many tributaries to the Chesapeake Bay. After enjoying some rest and visits with old friends, including some of my classmates after a football game, we agreed to work at the Power Boat Show after much pleading by the folks we worked with last year. It seems they lost several workers who didn't want to work the long hours.

We'll be hauling the boat out next week and painting the bottom along with a little hull maintenance. We've really enjoyed talking with other cruisers about their trips south and the islands. Carrie and I are very excited about seeing the islands and old and new cruising friends. Stay tuned.
